Happy Anniversary ILR

ILR celebrates 4 years!  This is very exciting!  In it’s four years
of existence, ILR has published work from writers all over the world.
The magazine has brought exposure of writers to other countries.  It has definitely achieved
the goal of bridging the gap between countries.  Susan and I are very excited to be part of
the ILR magazine and team.  Thank you to Etkin, Guluzar, Halime, Susan, and all the ILR staff
for everything that they do.  Etkin had a vision for ILR when he founded it, and we have been working hard to keep his vision alive.

I would like to thank our readers for being so loyal to the magazine.  You have probably noticed on our submission page, we now have a contact manager for submissions.  This has made it much easier for Susan and I to read your submissions.  All of us at ILR apologize for the inconvenience of lost
 e-mails and the recent problems we have had.  This has all been taken care of now.  We do not see any more problems in the future.  Thank you for all your patience.  We are very grateful to our contributors, readers and those who submit work to our magazine.

This issue focuses on work mostly from the USA, though there are a few other countries represented.  The writers are all well established in the writing world.  I am extremely happy with the work in this issue, and I hope you will enjoy it.

In the future, you will see the issues going back to being more international.  We already have quite a wonderful line up for the January issue.  We could not do this without you, so please continue to send us your work.

Halime has taken such a gorgeous photograph for our cover.  It is just stunning. Thank you for providing the issues with such beautiful photographs.
