I Am Not The Rainbow
by
Stella Vinitchi Radulescu
I am not the rainbow you see shining
down-hill

purple dark blue antique
a touch of white:

clarity while changing
the guard
two heralds our friends and so quiet the place

no words could reach my lips so far from you
as in a dream

I am not the rainbow not yet in the sky as winter
approaches with all

its dust
here again in my yard looking for my shawl of dark
