( Stuffed Leek )

Ingredients :
- 1 kilo leek (3 thick, stalk)
- 250 gr minced meat (calf meat)
- 4 soup spoons rice
- half a bunch of fresh parsley and dill
- 2 medium-sized onion
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes
- 1 soupspoon tomato sauce(paste)
- 1 soupspoon paprika sauce
- 1 soupspoon olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 glass of water and 1 soupspoon tomato sauce for the cooking
Method :
1. Peel the leesk and cook them in the boiling water till they soften. 2. Cut them longitudinal with a knife and they will open like a leaf. 3. Wash the rice 4. Chop the onion, fresh parsley and dill finely. 5. Mix rice, minced meat, sauces, chopped ingredients, salt, black pepper,olive oil and knead them well. 6. Transfer filling into one edge of each leek leaves and wrap them in the shape of a triangle. 7. After wrapping all leek leaves, place them into saucepan. Mix tomato sauce with a glass of water and add them over the leek leaves. 8. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook them all in low heat untill the water boils down. 9. Serve hot.
