( Riddled Sweat Pastries )

Ingredients :

- 1 cup of corn oil
- 1 cup of water
- 1 soupspoon of cinnamon
- 1 package baking powder
- Flour ( how much you need)

For Filling

- 1 cup half- chopped walnut

For Sherbet

- 4 cup of sugar
- 4 cup of water
- Lemon juice (use half of lemon)

Method :

1. Maket a soft dough with 1 cup corn oil, 1 cup water, 1 soupspoon cinnamon, 1 package baking powder and flour how much needed.
2. Divide into a walnut sized pieces shaping into balls. Hold one ball in left hand. Pres over ball with fingers of right hand slightly flattering. Place 1 teaspoonful of chopped walnuts in center. Press fılled pastries over a sieve or a shredder with fıngers while rolling and sealing into oblongs
3. Arrange on a greased baking sheet separately.
4. Bake in a moderate oven for 35 minutes or until golden bröwn. Remove from oven.
5. Pour cold sherbet over hot pastries.
6. Serve cold.
7. If you want you can decorate with gren peanut.



Preparation of the Sherbet

1. First boil 4 cup sugar, 4 cup water together for 10 minute.
2. Add lemon juice ( half of the lemon )
2. And set them aside for cooling.
