1. Boil unpeeled potatoes for around 20 minutes (until cooked) Drain, peel and mash them.
2. Add 250 gr ground beef( without fat), planed 2 onions, chopped parsley, dill, salt, black pepper, red pepper and knead them to mix well .
3. Take big walnut-sized pieces of the paste and in the palms of your hand roll them into finger shapes, or make oval-shaped patties.
4. Whisk 4 eggs with 5 soupspoon flour (ýt should be like boza).
5. Heat the oil in a pan .
6. Cover the croquettes with flour and egg mixture and fry well in the pan.
7. Serve cold or hot.
