Humus
( Hummus )

Ingredients :

- 3 glass of boiled chickpeas
- 1 glass of tahini
- ½ glass of olive oil
- ½ glass of water
- 4/5 cloves garlic
- A bunch of parsley and dill
- Lemon juice ( 1 lemon)
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cummin
- Salt

Method :

1. Make puree with the boiled chickpeas, tahini, olive oil and water
2. Add garlic, lemon juice, cummin, salt
3. Blend well
4. Place in serving dish
5. Decorate with parsley, dill and pepper
6. Serve cold or warmr
