1. Wash the carrots and grate them
2. Mix the carrots with the 150gr sugar and cook them in medium heat till it boils down
3. After the mixture cools down, crack the biscuits and add them
4. Add walnut and mix all of them well
5. Put the mixture in an appropriate serving dish and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours. Then cut it as you wish and serve with coconut and green peanut
