1. Put the fava into a cooking pot and add a roughly chopped medium onions
2. Add 1 dessert spoon sugar and enough salt
3. And add enough water to create a thick paste, after ıt gets cooked there has to be left a little water in the pot.
4. Mash the fava when it is warm
5. Place it into a serving dish
6. When ıt cools down, spread dill over it
7. Add lemon juice and olive oil over it
8. Cut it as you wish and serve
