Yoğurt Çorbası
( Yoghurt Soup )

Ingredients :

- 1 glass of yoghurt
- 3 glass of water
- 1 table spoon flour
- 1 table spoon butter
- 1 egg
- Enough salt, mint, paprika

Method :

1. Blend a glass of yoghurt, one egg and one table spoon flour well
2. Add three glass of water and cook in medium heat ( sitr it till it boils, when it boils cook 5 minute more)
3. Meanwhile melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the mint and slowly drizzle the mint mixture over the soup with the paprika
4. Serve warm
