Ingredients :

For The Dough

- 1 egg
- 4 table spoon yoghurt
- Enough flour
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
- 1 glass of oil to fry

For the Sherbet

- 2 glass of granulated sugar
- One and a half glass of water
- 1 table spoon lemon juice
- 50 gr walnut for the top

Method :

1. For making the sherbet, boil the water, sugar and the lemon juice for 4 minute and let it cool
2. Make the dough with 1 egg, 4 table spoon yoghurt, 1 tea spoon baking powder and enough flour
3. Roll the dough with a rolling pin and cut it like 4 cm width string and fry the strings in the oil, giving rose shape with the help of a fork
4. Throw them into the sherbet for 2 minutes and then take them to the service plate and put walnut on them
5. Serve cold
