1. Cut carrot, potato into small squares, put them in a plate
2. Add boiled green pea, dill, sugar and salt and mix them, then put the mixture into the artichokes equally.
3. Pour lemon juice on them
4. Place the artichokes in a saucepan, add 1 table spoon olive oil and enough water
5. Cook them in the low heat till the artichokes get soft and the water boils away
6. Serve cold
