1. Toast the breads in the oven in medium heat
2. Add 2 table spoon water to the 2 glass of sugar, put them in a saucepan and stir them well in the medium heat . When they get creamy add 2 glass of warm water and let it to melt. It will be homemade caramel.
3. Place the toasted breads in a nice tray and pour the homemade caramel on top of it
4. For the pudding, add 3 table spoon flour and 9 table spoon sugar to 3 glass of milk and cook them in the medium heat, stir them well till they get cooked
5. When it is hot , pour the pudding over the toasted breads with caramel
6. When they get cold, prepare the the cream ( mix 3 table spoon whipped cream with the ½ glass of cold milk ) and place it over the pudding
7. Decorate your dessert with the pistachio and serve cold
