Fırında Patlıcan ( Baked Eggplant )
Ingredients :

- ½ kg small eggplants ( ıt should be 6 of them)
- 200g ground baby beef or ground chicken
- 100g kaşar (Pale yellow cheese made of sheeps milk)
- One medium onion
- Two medium tomatoes
- Four fresh green pepper
- One or two bunch of parsley
- Three soupspoon oil and enough salt and black pepper

Method :

1. Wash the eggplants, clean them and make some hole on them (they may go pop) and place them to the owen tray
2. Cook them till the inside of the eggplants get soft. And in the meantime you can prepare the stuffing.
For the Stuffing
Slice the onion into very small pieces and fry them with the oil and add the ground baby beef or the chicken. And also add the small sliced fresh green pepper and tomatoes and cook till the water boils down. Finally add the salt and the black pepper.
3. Split the eggplants down the middle and place the stuffing inside them put some granted kaşar on top of them and put them into the owen again.
4. After the kaşar turns to red lightly take it from the owen and serve it warm.
