Kabak Muhallebi
Ingredients :

- 1 kg pumpkin
- 1 lt milk
- 150 gr sugar
- three soupspoon starch
- a small amount water

Method :

1. Boil the peeled and cubed pumpkins in a small amount of water in a pot.
2. Boil till the pumpkins get soft and the water boils down.
3. Add half of the milk to the pot and blend them well.
4. Add the strach and the sugar to the rest of the milk and mix them. and add this mixture to the pumpkin in the pot and cook them well till it becomes like pudding.
5. Place the pudding into the cups and serve cold.
