1. Cut potato, carrot and onion into small pieces.
2. Stir-fry the chopped vegetables in a medium pan adding 2 soup spoon oil
3. Add 1,5 liter water and boil
4. Add the red lentil, rice, 1 soup spoon red pepper paste and salt
5. Cook at a low heat and then blend it with a blender
6. Serve warm with sprinkling pepper mint on top of it.
