Portakallı Kereviz ( Celery with Orange )
Ingredients :

- 3 celeries ( approximately 1 kg)
- 2 soup spoon olive oil
- 1 big orange
- 1 carrot
- 1 lemon
- 1 medium size potato
- Enough salt
- 1 dessert spoon sugar

Method :

1. Clean the celeries and cut them in a round ring shape.
2. Cut the carrot and potato in a round ring shape, as well.
3. Clean the celery leaves and cut them into small pieces.
4. Put the potato first into a medium size flat pan and then out the carrot pieces and celeries. And place the celery leaves into empty spaces.
5. Pour the lemon and orange juice in it
6. Sprinkle enough salt and the sugar
7. Add 2 soup spoon olive oil and half a glass of water and cook at a low heat.
8. Serve cold
