Damla Sakızlı Gül Suruplu Muhallebi ( Gum mastic, Rose Syrup Pudding )
Ingredients :

- 5 cups whole milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup rose syrup
- 1 teaspoon gum mastic, crushed (three small pieces each the size of a pea crushed into smaller crumbs)
- For the top a little walnut

Method :

1. Blend 5 cups milk, 1 cup flour and the sugar together
1. Cook them at a low heat with mixing continually
1. While it is cooking add the butter
1. Add the gum mastic when it is nearly cooked
1. It is enough to cook 8 min. more after it boils
1. After it is cooked, instantly blend it with a blender for 3 minutes and pour them to small cups
1. After they cool, put 2 soup spoons rose syrup on top of each cups and sprinkle walnut, as well and serve them with delight.
