Hoşmerim (Cheese Dessert)
Ingredients :

- 250 grams insipid cheese or goat's cheese
- 2 soup spoon butter
- 2 table spoon flour
- 1 water glass of sugar
- 50 grams crushed walnut

Method :

1. Scorch the flour and the butter nicely.Do not let the flour turn yellow.
2. Add the nicely mashed cheese inside and cook.
3. Then add the sugar and mix very nicely. Cook until all the ingredients get mixed but do not let them turn yellow.
4. Take it to the service plate and spread crushed walnut over, serve warm.
