1. Wash the marrows, potato, spring onions and chop them into small pieces
2. Boil the marrows, potato, spring onions and dill with 1lt water till they get soft
3. After they get soft, blend them with a kitchen blender
4. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil over the soup and share it to the service plates
5. Sprinkle flaked red pepper and put some fresh mint on top and serve warm
