1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add chopped onion and ground meat and fry them until onions are translucent
2. Add 1 tablespoons tomato paste
3. Add washed and chopped spinach
4. Add grated tomatoes, 1 tablespoon rice and cook in low heat.
5. When it is stil warm, take it to the service plate and put yoghurt on it
6. Make a sauce with 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoons tomato paste, add it on top as well
7. Serve warm
