( Fried Sweet Dough )

Lokma Tatlısı ( Fried Sweet Dough )
Ingredients :

- 2 glass of flour
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- An egg
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon coconut

For Fry

- 2 glass of oil

For The Syrup

- 4 glass of sugar
- 3 glass of water

Method :
1. Melt 1 tablespoon yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar in half glass of warm water and wait for the yeast to get swell.
2. Take the flour to a bowl and add 1 glass of milk, an egg and the yeast mixture and knead them nicely
3. The dough should be soft and sticky
4. With the help of a tablespoon, put them into the frying oil, the dough in the spoon should be small like table tenis balls? and fry them in the oil.
5. Take the Frying doughs out with the help of a holey spoon and leave them into the syrup and stir for 3 minutes
6. Take them from the syrup to a service plate
7. Sprinkle cinnamon and coconut
8. Serve warm or cold as you wish


Preparation of the Syrup

1. Prior to fry the dough, prepare the syrup. Add the sugar and the water in a pan and cook them for 5 minutes with stirring
2. Put it away to cool
