Ingredients :
(makes aprox. 30 pcs)
- 3 medium-sized courgettes
- A medium-sized onion
- Half a bunch of parsley and dill
- 1/2 kilo tomatoes
- A teaspoon of black pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1 and a half glasses of flour
- Half glass of water
- A glass of oil for frying
- Salt
Method :
Peel the courgettes and grate coarsely.Next,grate the onion,chop the dill and parsley and add to mixture.
Then,add the salt,black pepper,3 eggs and half a glass of water and mix well.Mix in the flour.Heat the oil
and spoon the mixture into the frying pan to make patties.Fry on both sides until brown and serve hot or
cold.
