Ingredients :

- One and a half liter of milk
- A glass of rice
- Two glasses of sugar
- 6 glasses of water
- A sachet of vanilla
- A teaspoon of rice flour
- Walnuts and cinnamon for decoration
Method :

First,put 6 glasses of water and a glass of rice into a pan and simmer.When thickened,add a liter and a half of milk.As soon as the mixture starts to boil add 2 glasses of sugar and the vanilla.While this is cooking, mix the rice flour with a little water and add to the rice pudding.Continue cooking for 10 minutes,then pour into bowls. When cool,decorate with walnuts and cinnamon.
