( Green Bean Puree )

Ingredients :
(For 4 poeple)
- 1 kilo green beans
- 1 bulb garlic
- 2 soupspoons butter
- Salt
Method :
Trim the beans, then boil
in water till very well-cooked. Drain and puree whilst hot.
Peel and crush garlic, melt 2
soupspoons of butter. Lightly fry the garlic in the butter,
add to the beans and fry gently for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
