Ingredients :
(For 4 poeple)
- 2 small aubergines
- 10 long green peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1 small onion
- Salt,black pepper and oil
Method :
Cut the meat into medium-sized
cubes. Grate the garlic and onion, then add a little black
pepper, salt and some oil and mix. Mix with the meat and
leave it to stand for half an hour. Cut the aubergine,
tomato and peppers the same size as the meat, then
thread them onto skewers with the meat. Grill on the
barbecue or in the oven and serve hot.
