Ingredients :
(For 12 pieces)

- 1 kilo courgettes (or 6 pieces)
- 300 gr lamb, turkey or chicken
- 150 gr.grated cheddar cheese
- 100gr.green peppers
- 3 medium sized onions
- Half a bunch of dill
- Half a glass oil
- 1 soupspoon flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tomato
- 1 soupspoon tomato puree
- Half glass water
- Salt and pepper
Method :

Cook the courgettes whole in boiling salted water for 15 minutes.Cut in haif lengthways and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.Place in an oven dish and leave for a short while.Chop the onions and green peppers.Fry in oil then add the diced meat and continue frying till the meat is cooked.Then add a sopupspoon of flour and fry for 2-3 minutes,then add the glass of milk and simmer for a few minutes.Place a dill frond over each courgette in the dish then fill the courgettes with meat mixture.Place another dill frond over eachh courgette and decorate with tomato and pepper pieces.Sprinkle over the grated cheese.Mix a spoonful of tomato paste with half a glass of water and pour into the dish.Cook in a moderate oven for 30 minutes and serve hot.
