( Chickpeas With Meat )

Ingredients :

- 2 glasses boiled chickpeas
- 150g diced beef or lamb
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small potato
- 4 hot green peppers
- 3 soupspoons oil
- 1 soupspoon tomato puree
- 1 soupspoon pepper paste
- 1 tomato
- 3 cloves garlic
- Half bunch of parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method :

Fry the meat in 3 spoons of oil.Add the diced potato and carrot and continue frying.Chop the tomato and peppers finely and add to meat. Mix the pepper paste and tomato puree with 3 glasses of water, add to the frying pan and bring to the boil.Then add the finely chopped garlic, parsley, chickpeas, salt and pepper and cook over a low heat until the sauce is reduced.Add a little water if the mixture becomes too dry.Serve hot.
