Bulgur Pilavý

Ingredients :

- 1 glass crack wheat
- 1 glass water
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 4 hot green peppers
- 1 soupspoon tomato puree
- 1 soupspoon pepper paste
- 1 dessert spoon dried mint
- 2 soupspoons oil
- 1 soupspoon butter
- 1 medium sized onion, salt and pepper
- Half bunc dill and parsley
- Pickles to garnish
Method :

Fry the diced onion in the butter and oil.Add the diced tomatoes and peppers,mix the pepper and tomato paste with a glass of water and add to the frying pan. Bring to the boil,then add a glass of cracked wheat.Then add the mint,dill,salt and pepper,stir well and cook on a low heat until the water evaporates. Garnish with pickles and serve hot.
