Preparation of the filling
1. Grate the onions.
2. Add 250gr minced meat, half a bunch of parsley, salt, black pepper, red pepper.
3. Place them all in a mixing bowl and knead well.

1. Leave 3 spoons of flour aside for the spreading afterwards.
2. Add warm water and salt to the rest of the flour (added in small amounts) and knead well with the water to a soft dough.
3. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and set aside for 10 minutes.

5. Put from the filling in half of one disc and cover it with the other half and cut the sides to seal the dough
6. Prepare all small balls like this
7. Heat 1 glass of oil in a deep frying pan and and fry the each sides of the pies.
8. Leave 3 spoons of flour aside for the spreading afterwards
9. Serve hot.
