1. Mildly fry 1 medium-sized onion in 2 soup spoon oil
2. Add minced meat and continue to frying
3. Add tomato paste, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 medium-sized tomato and fry 2 minutes more
4. Add ½ washed and cleaned french beans and stir well
5. Add water and salt. Be sure to put enough water till the top of it.
6. Cook on low heat untill the beans get soft and the water boils down
7. Serve hot.
