( Poppy Dessert )

Ingredients :

- 1 glass of sugar
- 1 glass of semolina
- 1 glass of poppy seed (black poppy seed)
- 1 glass of flour
- 1 package baking powder
- 5 large eggs

For Sherbet

- 2 glass of sugar
- 3 glass of water

For Cream

- 1 kilo apple
- 300 gr apricot
- 2 soup spoon sugar

For Decoration

- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup green peanut

Method :
1. Blend 5 large eggs with 1 glass of sugar
2. Add semolina, poppy seeds, flour, baking powder and mix them well.
3. Pour all in a 50 cm oiled baking tin.
4. Cook in 175 degrees heated oven
5. Pour the sherbet when it gets warm

Preparation of the Sherbet

1. Boil for 2 minutes
2. Use warm

Preparation of the Cream

1. Combine well cleaned and chopped apples and apricots
2. Add 2 soup spoon sugar and blend them to make puree
3. Cook untill the water boils down
4. Place them on the surface of the dessert
5. Maket he deoration with the chopped walnuts and green peanuts
6. Serve cold.
